What is a Group Break?

A group of people share a PoP Mystery box issuing the product in a pre-determined method.

How do I join a break?

Visit My Store and choose the box that interests you, grab a spot in a random Letter break!

When does my break happen?

Once all spots are filled for each box, a break date is announced and will break in the order that they fill unless otherwise noted.

When do I get my POP(s)?

PoP Figures are sorted and will be packaged, within 3-5 business days of the break. Please remember there are usually multiple PoP figures sorted and shipped at any time!

What POP Figures do I get?

- The PoP Figure that comes out of the Mystery Box and STARTS with the Letter you were assigned, will be shipped to you.  No other PoP figures will be shipped unless otherwise noted.

Where can I watch the break and where do I see what Letter I have?

Make sure To check your Email the day of the break. An EMAIL containing the Link you purchased to our Live YouTube Stream will be sent to you.  You will be assigned a random letter during the Live break.

I missed the live break, how can I watch it?

All breaks are uploaded at the end of the day and can be viewed on our YouTube Channel. (link to the Youtube Channel can be found on our home page)

Types of breaks

These are the standard formats and rules that we use for our group breaks.

Random Letter Group Break Rules

•After all spots are full for the break, names are entered into a list randomizer

•The lists will be randomized depending on the roll of a die. Once the list have been randomized, The List is copied onto a spreadsheet and matched by a Letter in Alphabetical order from Top to Bottom.

•Your name will be on the left column and your Letter will be on the right column.

·      - The PoP Figure, that comes out of the Mystery Box and STARTS with the Letter you were assigned, will be shipped to you for FREE!

Other Group Break Rules

•Although highly recommended, you do not have to be present to participate in a live break. All breaks are archived on our website and may be viewed at a later date.

•Many breaks are filled before the actual break date.

•POP Breaks reserves the right to expel and if need be, ban an individual from the site. No foul language, harassment or bullying of anyone in the live chat will be tolerated at any time. In order to make the process a pleasant one for all, please use good judgment and abide by the rules.
